Ive tried twice recently to get an appointment, and twice failed. The last time I tried to phone, started calling at 9 a.m finally got through at 7 mins past to be told all appointments had gone. the previous time I tried for 15 minutes and gave up.......I went up this morning for my repeat prescription and the receptionist told me it wasn't available, and on looking again, she found it, and practically threw it at mean. well that's what it felt like. I have been going here now for well over 30 years, but to be honest I don't find it so good any more. The doctors are really nice, its just getting to see them in the first place

Often there is a high demand but we do endeavor to have appointments available. Did you know we also offer the facility to also book appointments online? you can get details from reception. Regarding the issue with receptionists, they are trained to be courteous at all times but if you feel you would like to address this further please telephone and ask to book an appointment with the Office Manager Nicola Roberts who would discuss the matter with you.

Having read in the press how some other practices are unable to see patients quickly
I feel very lucky to be a patient with this practice. I try not to bother my GP frivolously,
but on the occasions when I have needed to see a doctor I have always been
treated with the utmost consideration and never refused a same day appointment.
